This website, gk-astro.com, is operated by AstroCreation. By accessing the site, purchasing products (calendars, prints, digital downloads) or services (examples: Zoom consultations, image processing, private workshops), you agree to these Terms of Service and all referenced policies.
1. Products
All calendars and prints are made-to-order and available in limited quantities. Colors may vary slightly due to monitor calibration and printing processes. Digital downloads are delivered instantly and non-refundable once accessed.
2. Services
Services (examples: Zoom consultations, image processing, private workshops) are provided as scheduled. Cancellations and refunds are governed by the specific service terms outlined on the service page and Refund Policy.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are in USD and subject to change without notice. Payments are processed securely via Square.
4. Shipping
Domestic U.S. shipping only via USPS Priority Mail or Ground Advantage. Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier (USPS). See Shipping Policy for full details.
5. Intellectual Property
All photographs, videos, text, and content on the Site remain the exclusive property of AstroCreation. Purchase of products or services grants a limited, personal, non-commercial license only. Reproduction, resale, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited without prior written permission.
