Damages and Issues
Please inspect your calendar or print immediately upon arrival. If the item is damaged in transit, defective, or incorrect, contact me at info@gk-astro.com within 7 days of delivery and include a clear photo or short video showing the issue. This helps me process your claim quickly and correctly.
Refunds & Returns
All calendars and prints are made-to-order, so I cannot accept returns for change of mind. However, if the item arrives damaged or defective, I will replace it free of charge (including shipping) once I’ve reviewed the photo/video evidence.
Digital Downloads
Due to their instant nature, digital products are non-refundable once downloaded.
